Appointment Cancellation Policy

Since the time has been set aside specifically for you, 24 hour advance notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment, except in cases of sudden illness, emergency or inclement weather. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge anytime before the close of business on the business day preceding your appointment. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price, excluding all discounts. If you do not call, email, or text to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service. 


Please be courteous of others by rescheduling your appointment if you are not feeling well.  

 

 

Do your best to be prompt so that your appointment does not run into anyone else's. To be fair to others, if you do arrive late and Erika has someone immediately after you, your session or treatment will end as planned and you'll pay for the session as it was originally scheduled, regardless of the time.



If there is time for the session to run longer than expected (by your request), the session will be priced according to your most recent expressed time. However, if the session happens to run longer for any other reason, you will not be charged for the additional minutes.
 

All rates reflected here have been established based on the practitioner's level of experience and depth of knowledge, along with the nature and complexity of the work and any current economic factors. Rates and discounts/deals can change at any time, but session rates will always be competitive and fair. 


Since Erika does all of her own scheduling and does occasional off-site sessions as well, if you do get her voicemail please leave her a message if you would like her to return your call, or you may send her an email.  


Same day appointments are typically not available so please be prepared to book your appointment at least a couple days in advance. All messages will be returned as soon as possible. Currently, email is the quickest and easiest way to get scheduled with Erika so just send her a message, and please remember to include the service you are interested in and some dates and times that will work for you and she will respond to you promptly.

and come in the form of either email or text.
